Sunday Blessings...

Today we were lucky enough to go to Mattawa and watch the newest member of the Andersen clan be blessed. Little, teeny, tiny Preston Lee Andersen was only born on Tuesday and today he was out and about!! Zachary and Natalie had him blessed today because Zach heads back to Iraq on Wednesday. Only one week with his new little son and he is off again to serve us all---Thanks Zach. The blessing was beautiful and the baby more so. Today was also special because, among a few others, Jackson was fasted for by our Ward in Royal and many family and friends. Thank you everyone. We head over the mountain tomorrow early for his BAER and MRI and Chemo. We will post information as it comes to us. We love our family and friends and our community and so appreciate everyone's prayers and service. Thank you---your a blessing to us everyday.

What a special day - and cute baby! I thought of you and Jackson a lot today. And of the love of our Savior. And the blessing of hope. Thank you for letting me know about the fast.

That baby boy is adorable and I want to hold him for hours.

We talked to the kids about who we were fasting for and why and they prayed for each person at every prayer today. I chocked up at our night prayer thinking it was a blessing for us to teach that to them today. Thanks for following the bishop's counsel. Love you!

It was the first time I've fasted in over a year. It was a pretty emotional day to say the least. We were thinking of you constantly. Congrats to Natalie and Zach. And ditto to what you said Becky, mucho thanks Zach!!! We love you and you'll be in our thoughts and prayers!

Thinking of you this week while you're in Seattle...praying too. Don't worry about preschool! I'm excited to be there Tuesday :) Have a safe trip over the pass and good luck.

We are so grateful for Zach and his sacrifice! Natalie is a trooper :) That baby is just beautiful- wish we could've been there. Wesley(and the rest of us) fasted from Saturday until 5pm yesterday, and he was so happy and excited to do so- he didn't complain once, and when it was time to eat he said he wasn't even hungry. I too was grateful for a good day and a teaching moment. We are so lucky to have Jackson in our family. He teaches us courage and strength every single day. Sending hugs and kisses your way! Love you guys- we'll call tomorrow.
